UK Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item we offer a 14 days return/exchange policy, starting from the date the item is posted to you.

I offer refunds, providing the item is returned in the condition it was sent out, with all labels/tags attached & with the original packaging. 
I am unable to refund for pierced jewellery or custom made items unless they are faulty or not as described.

You are responsible for any return postage costs.

Please email us before returning your item at snoochdoggydog@gmail.co.uk quoting your order number.

We would advise to post using a tracking method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.
